Resource.Tax is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection.

What We Collect

We collect minimal data:

  • Standard web analytics (page views, referral source, country, device type) — no personally identifiable information
  • Questions submitted through the Ask feature — processed by AI services and not stored permanently
  • Calculator inputs — processed client-side in your browser, never sent to our servers

What We Do NOT Collect

  • Names, email addresses, or phone numbers (no registration required)
  • Tax Registration Numbers (TRN) or Emirates ID numbers
  • Financial data, bank details, or transaction records
  • Cookies for tracking or advertising purposes

AI Ask Feature

When you use the Ask feature, your question is sent to AI services (Anthropic Claude for English, TII Falcon for Arabic via Cloudflare Workers AI). These services process your question to generate a response. We strongly advise: do NOT submit personally identifiable information, TRN numbers, Emirates IDs, financial data, or confidential business information through the Ask feature.

Third-Party Services

This platform uses:

  • Vercel — hosting and deployment (privacy policy at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy)
  • Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, and AI inference (privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy)
  • Anthropic — AI inference for English questions (privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy)

Data Residency

The platform is hosted on Vercel's global CDN. AI queries may be processed in the US (Anthropic) or global edge locations (Cloudflare). No user data is stored permanently. For sovereign data processing requirements, please refer to our Sovereign AI Platform offering.

Your Rights

Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. Since we collect minimal data and do not require registration, there is typically no personal data to access or delete.
